# Experienced Dental Admin / Patient Coordinator
Greenbrae Dental Center is looking for an experienced Dental Admin / Patient Coordinator for a part-time or full-time position working Mondays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (8 hours).
# Immediate Contribution & Compensation
The ideal candidate possesses 2 to 3 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator and can hit the ground running without training. Proficiency in Dentrix or Open Dental software and hands-on experience handling insurance calls are required. Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $35/hr based on experience.

Job Description Overview: Seeking an experienced Dental Admin / Patient Coordinator to join our team at Greenbrae Dental Center. The candidate will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient care, and handle dental insurance communications.
Responsibilities: Greet patients, schedule appointments, handle incoming insurance calls, and maintain accurate dental records using practice management software.
Requirements: Must have 2–3 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator, proficiency in Dentrix or Open Dental, and hands-on experience handling dental insurance calls. Must be able to work independently with no additional training needed.
