The team partners closely with business teams across operations, customer experience and digital/technology, and plays a key role in guiding Delta’s AI strategy.This role of General Manager will help develop Delta’s long-term strategic roadmap, identify transformational cross-divisional opportunities, and drive to value creation/capture. This position will also have responsibility for supporting Delta executives, Board level priorities and help oversee partnerships to meet our long-term objectives.Primary FunctionsWork collaboratively with executive and senior management across divisions to identify, define and deliver end-to-end value for the most essential strategic opportunities for Delta, with primary focus on Digital & AIOperationalize and accelerate Delta’s AI strategy and core capabilitiesAlign and drive cross-functional teams to distill key strategic themes, ideas, and opportunities into tangible and executable initiativesDrive deliverables and timelines, shifting priorities as needed and managing stakeholder relationshipsLead preparation of materials for Board and other executive meetings in conjunction with other business leadersIdentify and analyze business risks, regularly prepare executive presentations, and actively participate in meetings with cross enterprise leadershipCommunicate clearly and concisely for a senior executive audience, both verbally and in writing / presentationsTell clear and compelling stories leveraging data and strategic directionDesign and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis to answer strategic questions, synthesizing insights and translating into actionable recommendations for the businessBenefits and Perks to Help You Keep ClimbingOur culture is rooted in a shared dedication to living our values – Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork – every day, in everything we do.
