Lead and deliver mechanical engineering design and project work for new and upgraded hydropower systems, including turbines, dams, generators, and related plant systems. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets, schedules, and quality, review and mentor engineering staff, and support client engagement, commissioning, inspections, and business development. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent engineering experience, at least five years of related work experience, and active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer-of-record requirements are required. Preferred qualifications include 10 or more years of mechanical or systems engineering experience in power generation, hydropower project management experience, conventional or pumped-storage hydroelectric experience, and client-facing experience.
