WHAT IS THE JOB?

The Meeting Manager is accountable for the full event life cycle of multiple concurrent AVID Center national events, from intake, scope, and integrated planning through onsite execution, financial reconciliation, and post-event closeout. In this role, you will lead and develop meeting coordinators, build resource and readiness plans, coordinate internal and external partners, manage operational risks, and continuously improve the systems that support purposeful, inclusive, and reliable learning environments. If you are a people leader who enjoys complex project management, large-scale event execution, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching and developing a dedicated team of meeting coordinators, this role may be a great fit for you.
